A CRM built around the way D&A actually quote, schedule and invoice, instead of bending their process around an off the shelf tool.

01The problem
D&A had tried two commercial CRMs. Both needed workarounds for how facilities contracts actually work: recurring visits, site specific pricing, seasonal changes. The team went back to spreadsheets.
02What we built
We started from their spreadsheets. Every column became a field, every tab a screen, then we removed the duplication and added the things spreadsheets cannot do: permissions, history, reminders and a portal their clients can log into.
- Quoting with site visits, line items and versioned proposals
- Job scheduling and recurring contracts
- Client portal for approvals and history
- Ongoing support and feature work since launch
03What changed
Quotes go out the same day. The directors get a pipeline view they trust, and the tool has grown with them since launch.
