01The problem
APT's crews are spread across sites in the UK. Attendance lived in one app, vehicle checks on paper, surveys in WhatsApp photos and approvals in email. Nobody had one view of who was where, in which van, doing what.
02What we built
We ran discovery with supervisors and drivers, then built a web platform plus a companion mobile app. Forms are designed for gloves and bad signal: big targets, offline queueing, photos compressed on device. Approvals flow to the right manager automatically and every report exports to the formats their clients already demand.

03What changed
Live across APT and in daily use by the field teams. Vehicle inspection compliance went from patchy to every trip, and the office stopped chasing paperwork. New modules ship every quarter.
